XP, levels, streaks, and leaderboard standings are calculated by our servers based on verified learning activity. Any attempt to manipulate these values through unauthorised means will result in account suspension. Digital certificates are issued upon genuine completion of course requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at sbr93500@gmail.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific learning goals. English proficiency outcomes depend on your own effort and practice.
